Jane Garthson is President of the Garthson Leadership Centre
(www.garthsonleadership.ca),
dedicated to strengthening Canada 's nonprofit sector through enhanced
leadership, integrity and technology. She works with charities, associations
and governments on governance, board development, strategic planning,
organizational reviews and ethics programs. She served as Chair of the
Ethics Practitioners’ Association of Canada, which she helped to
found.
Jane was an Executive Director of a provincial sports federation, and
led a very successful turnaround. Her clients for ethics training include
International Institute of Public Ethics, United Way of Greater Toronto,
Canadian Society of Association Executives, Association of Fundraising
Professionals, corporate clients of EthicScan Canada , Canadian Association
of Rehabilitation Professionals and Ontario Community Support Association.
