  Yvonne D. Harrison

Harrison PhotoYvonne Harrison is an assistant professor of nonprofit leadership in the Center for Nonprofit and Social Enterprise Management at Seattle University in Washington, USA. Harrison received her PhD from the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She has conducted two national research studies in Canada exploring the impacts of information and communications technology on the management of volunteer resources. Dr. Harrison teaches electronic governance for public and nonprofit organizations, Board governance and volunteerism, and the capstone research projects in the Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Master of Public Administration Programs. She is an active researcher and author of several book chapters, journal articles, and research reports on the subject of nonprofit ICT adoption, diffusion, and management challenges.
