Ryan J. Schmiesing, Ryan J. Schmiesing, Ph.D. serves as the Associate State 4-H Leader for Ohio State University Extension. He has worked with the Cooperative Extension System for ten years and his research, teaching, and service interests are in the areas of volunteer risk management, volunteer administrator competencies, and risk management strategies.
