Sue Waechter Sue presents the best possibilities for future development to her clients in areas such as improving board effectiveness, integrating system-wide strategic planning, organizational effectiveness through improving systems and processes, and effective communication through stakeholder analysis. She has co-authored two books: Change: Meet It & Greet It, and Flip Art: A Practical Guide to Graphically Improve Your Flipchart Presentations. Sue is a past Vice-President of the International Board of Directors
and member of the Association for Volunteer Administration (AVA). She
is also a member of BoardSource and the Michigan Nonprofit Association
(MNA), and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
She has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Kansas. |
Sue
Waechter is Director of Cornerstone Consulting Associates established
in 1988. She has twenty-seven years of leadership experience in the non-profit
sector. Sue has expertise in strategic planning, governance, leadership
development, customer focus, and chartering teams and her specialty is
in the administration of volunteer programs.
