Deborah Kocsis has twenty-six years of leadership experience in both the for-profit and
nonprofit sectors. Deb's expertise is in strategic planning, governance,
teamwork, customer focus, outcomes measurement, and process optimization.
Her specialty is problem-solving.

areas such as integrating system-wide strategic planning, improving board
effectiveness, organizational effectiveness through reviewing systems
and processes, and survey and sampling techniques.
She has co-authored Driving Strategic Planning: A Nonprofit Executive's
Guide (BoardSource, 2003). Deb is currently serving on the Board
of Trustees for Earth Share of Ohio, and is a member of BoardSource, the
American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Association for
Volunteer Administration (AVA), and the Ohio Association of Nonprofit
Organizations (OANO).
