Theresa Blondin, CVA, is the National Volunteer and Program Manager at Bladder Cancer Canada. As an avid volunteer herself, Blondin has been involved in the not-for-profit sector in numerous capacities for over 20 years. She has volunteered as a fundraiser, DJ, friendly visitor, video producer, animal caregiver and held almost every position on various Boards of Directors.

In 2016, Blondin transitioned her passion for volunteering into a career when she assumed the role of Senior Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement at the Canadian Cancer Society. She holds a B.A.H. in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor and has been a Certified Volunteer Administrator since 2019, holding credentials from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration. Presently, Theresa serves as the Past President for her local Association of Volunteer Administrators (WEAVA) and is part of the Engage Journal Social Media Team as the Video Producer.
