Morgan Weis is VISTA Program Manager for Mayor Chris Coleman of the City of St. Paul. Prior to her position with the City of St. Paul, she was the Services and Operations Manager for the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration (MAVA). Her areas of interest are nonprofit research and evaluation, volunteerism, and national service.
