I found this to be a fascinating article - thank you Chris and Jane. I'm currently looking into ways to engage my agency's volunteers more in decision making and consultation with the senior management and your experiences and approach have provided me with some really useful ideas.

I'm not sure about other countries but charity mergers are increasingly prevalent in the UK. This article provides good advice and practical help for anyone managing such change amongst volunteers.
